Common questions answered

What materials are accepted in the dumpster?

General household items, furniture, renovation debris, roofing, decking, flooring and drywall. We do not accept paint, fuel, tires, batteries or appliances containing refrigerant. Yard waste, dirt and concrete require a separate heavy-debris container.

Where does the container go?

Wherever our truck can safely access — your driveway, side yard, or curbside with a permit. Let us know which direction you want the door facing and we'll position it accordingly.

How many days can I keep the container?

Seven days comes standard with every size. Need more time? Call or text us before your scheduled removal date and we'll extend it.

Which size do most homeowners go with?

The 20 yard. It covers a kitchen renovation or a full-house cleanout, and it's our most frequently delivered container in Cincinnati. If your project calls for less space, we'll let you know and bring the 10 or 15 instead.

Is same-day dumpster delivery available?

In most cases, yes — place your order before 1pm on a weekday and we'll fit you into that afternoon's route. After 1pm, you'll be on the first run the following morning.
